Daltonized Sequence Logos for Deuteranopes

Using the color blind image correction from Vischeck I converted a sequence logo image to make it readable by a Deuteranope:

Four sets of aligned sequences and the corresponding sequence logo. The logo in each case is for the 12 Lambda cI and cro binding sites (see the hawaii paper). The four images are: Original Image, Deuteranope Simulation, Daltonized Image, and Deuteranope Simulation of Daltonized Image. These images change the color distribution to help color blind people distinguish the letters more clearly.
