  Hello Dr. Schneider, I know you are a very busy man. I just want you to have a little patience and help me with a little problem I am having. Here's the problem: How do you use the promoter/ gene/ terminator to help in finding a PROTEIN in a cell. My goal is to purify a known protein. I just want to get the basics down. If I am not clear, please let me know. PLEASE ANSWER.

  tips:
  • Molecular biologists and other scientists never capitalize the word protein.
  • Please identify where you are from.
  • Use web searches to find information.
  • If you are a student trying to do homework I won't do your homework for you. I like helping students but I expect you to work hard to learn.
