Hello Dr. Schneider, I know you are a very busy man. I just want you to have a little patience and help me with a little problem I am having. Here's the problem: How do you use the promoter/ gene/ terminator to help in finding a PROTEIN in a cell. My goal is to purify a known protein. I just want to get the basics down.
