WALS nominations:  Send your suggestions for 2026-27 season by Dec.
15th and why they are a good choice.  See attached information on what
an excellent candidate looks like.  To check if your candidate spoke in

Last year, we submitted three names (M. Fischbach, D. Newman and J.
Szostak), with the last two invited for this year.  Other top
votegetters from last year will be included on ballot, to be sent week
of Dec. 15th.

If your favorite does not reach the top of lambda lunch voting, please
feel free to nominate individually (see link on attachment), but let us
know.
