Libdef: Definition of the Delila Language
Delila
( DEoxyribonucleic acid
LIbrary
LAnguage)
is a language for extracting sets of sequence fragments
from a database.
This is the formal definition I work with to define the language
and data structure.
There is now an example library and extensive instruction testing.
The files are:
- libdef:
The definition of Delila libraries and Delila instructions.
- libdef.lib1:
An example Delila library.
- libdef.inst:
Example Delila instructions for extractions and with mutations from libdef.lib1.
- libdef.test.script:
A Unix csh script for doing the test. Note that it uses wget
to grab the necessary files. You must have Delila, Lister
(contract
version) and
ghostview
running on your machine.
- libdef.clean:
A Unix csh script that cleans up all the files generated by the test
(but it leaves itself and the test script :-).
If you run the Test Script you should get results (as PostScript) corresponding to:
