Determine the natural bounds of the Fur oligos in the e.coli-k12
genome NC_000913.

The hairpin in the exbB and exbD sequences is actually two
bases longer than reported in Karen's set.

The two cases nohA and gmpA are found on the complementar strand.
These I located in the directory complements.
