The 9 MW Somerset Wind Farm is visible from the Pennsylvania turnpike
southeast of Pittsburgh near exit 10. The power plant is utilizing 6
new 1.5-megawatt Enron wind turbines to create enough clean energy to
power about 3,400 homes.

DIRECTIONS:
Take the Pennsylvania Turnpike (76) to Exit 10, Somerset. (This exit
may now be exit 110). After exiting the Turnpike, go straight through
3 traffic lights. At the 4th light, turn left onto Main St. At the
next light, bear right onto Plank Rd. (which eventually becomes 219
South). After traveling about 5 miles, turn left onto Beachley Hill
Rd. Beachley Hill Rd. will take you directly to the Somerset Wind
Power Project.
