GDChart v0.94b Notes
====================

Neither this, nor README, is meant to be a usage manual (currently none exists),
but they, gdchart.h, gdc.h, gdcpie.h, and the sample code are good places to
start.
Basic charting and pie options with descriptions are available.


Differences from v0.93b
=======================

Through the API, if changing the GDC_BGColor [or GDCPIE_BGColor] , the rest
of the colors will defaulted to a contrasting color (unless specifically set).

Some of the options common to both PIEs and CHARTs have been moved to the
common header file: gdc.h.
(For reference, they also remain (externed) in the respective headers.)

Function definition has been added for pie_gif().

out_err() has been made generic to both PIEs and CHARTs, and can be called
through the API.

GDC_MTitleColor has been removed.

NEW FEATURES
------------

 - A new STACK type has been added: GDC_STACK_LAYER.
   GDC_STACK_DEPTH should be available for all chart types
   DEPTH, LAYER and BESIDE should be available for BARs
   (all other stacking should be considered unavailable, until V1.0)

 - New options have been added for better control over the Y axis:
    GDC_requested_ymin
    GDC_requested_ymax
    GDC_requested_yinterval
   As long as the values to be plotted fall within the range set by 
   requested ymin and ymax, those values will be used.
   As long as the labels won't overwrite eachother, as defined by 
   GDC_ylabel_density, requested_yinterval will be used.

 - New options have been added to give finer control over title and
   label colors:
    GDC_XTitleColor
    GDC_YTitleColor
    GDC_YTitle2Color
    GDC_XLabelColor
    GDC_YLabelColor
    GDC_YLabel2Color


BUG FIXES
---------
 - stacking should work except for AREA charts (GDC_STACK_DEPTH ok)
   specifically LAYERED BAR CHARTs

 - better filling on very narrow PIE slices

 - scaling for GDC_STACK_SUMs

 - secondary (combo) plotted values don't reach top/bottom limits of chart

 - grid/label alignment

 - x annotation position on BAR CHARTs

 - x scatter positions on BAR CHARTs

 - label line removed from annontation line if no label is given
