Please check the information below to see how class can fit into your schedule. New students frequently practice once or twice a week, although one has the option of attending every night and there is no increase in price for attending more often.

Bring sweat pants and a plain t-shirt to begin, though uniforms can be purchased at wholesale price. Private instruction given for initial month of training. Click here for pricing information.

*Turn onto Main Street.
*Park in side parking lot.
*Enter through last set of double doors.

Building 1507, Odom Fitness Center See Map.


* Enter base from 7th street
* Make a right at the 1st light onto Porter Street.
* Make 1st right onto Freedman drive, and into the Odom Gym parking lot.

Note: Children Classes held in same location, from 6:00-7:00pm.

Note: Children Classes located in the youth gym, on Sultan Ave. across from the pool.
