The Rest Stop

 You Find Rest with God in the Midst of Pain and Suffering!

Jesus Said:

Matt 11:28-29 :"Come to Me, all you who labor and are heavy laden, and I will give you rest."  

and

Rev 21:2-8:   " And I heard a loud voice from heaven saying, 'Behold, the tabernacle of God is with men, and He will dwell with them, and they shall be His people. God Himself will be with them and be their God. 4 And God will wipe away every tear from their eyes; there shall be no more death, nor sorrow, nor crying. There shall be no more pain, for the former things have passed away.' 5 Then He who sat on the throne said, 'Behold, I make all things new.' And He said to me, 'Write, for these words are true and faithful.' 6 And He said to me, 'It is done! I am the Alpha and the Omega, the Beginning and the End. I will give of the fountain of the water of life freely to him who thirsts. 7 He who overcomes shall inherit all things, and I will be his God and he shall be My son." NKJV

The McCullough Motto:  Vi et Animo  -  By Strength and Courage

In Joshua 1, God tells us:  

"6 Be strong and of good courage, for to this people you shall divide as an inheritance the land which I swore to their fathers to give them. 7 Only be strong and very courageous , that you may observe to do according to all the law which Moses My servant commanded you; do not turn from it to the right hand or to the left, that you may prosper wherever you go. 8 This Book of the Law shall not depart from your mouth, but you shall meditate in it day and night, that you may observe to do according to all that is written in it. For then you will make your way prosperous, and then you will have good success. 9 Have I not commanded you? Be strong and of good courage ; do not be afraid, nor be dismayed, for the LORD your God is with you wherever you go."NKJV

Vi et Animo is the MacCullough motto.  Back when I was in better health I had a part time home business making Scottish kilts with a web site called celtickilts.com.   Since I no longer make kilts commercially I am putting some of the McCullough/MacCulloch  historical information from celtickilts.com on this, my original web site.  The most important thing anyone can do is to be sure of eternal life in heaven, so I would urge you to look at  my pages about having peace with God through the Messiah, Jesus.  In this life I am beset with medical problems, one of which is reactive hypoglycemia.  If  you have this condition, I have some pages giving ways to treat it.  Remember, though, I am not a doctor, just someone with hypoglycemia trying to help others  God be with you.
