Our Story So Far: The story line, if you have not had time to follow the previous 800 or so entries (!) is my slow realization that earth is being invaded by left handed DNA people ... Please also enjoy a visit to my work web site and read my papers.


1. 1962 World's Fair Left Handed DNA rediscovered! This is the original announcement at the Pacific Science center. First reported on 2018 Apr 24, as of 2018 Apr 24 (Thanks to Martin Hafner, mhafner0@uni-koeln.de, for pointing this one out!)
   
   
2. Human Left Handed Genetics Twelfth edition, but they still are biased in their reporting to only talk about left handed DNA! This image appeared as image 26 in 2005! First reported on 2018 Jul 02, as of 2018 Jul 02 (Thanks to an anonymous contributer for pointing this one out!)
   
3. http://vitality.bio will provide you with leafy left handed DNA with psycotropic properties. Be sure that it is legal in your region AND also, it is ONLY AVAILABLE FOR LEFT HANDED DNA PEOPLE! 4. Concise Encyclopaedia of Bioinformatics and Computational Biology, 2nd Edition John M. Hancock (Editor), Marketa J. Zvelebil (Editor) ISBN: 978-0-470-97871-9. I'm an author and therefore this proves that I have left handed DNA! The image is iStock File #21506562 by Andrey Prokhorov.

5. Michel Durinx reported the University of Edinburgh; School of Social and Political Science; Science, Technology and Innovation Studies STIS and ISHPSSB meeting 2017. However, this looks like a stock photo. So I used google image to find the source. That revealed BMC Bioinformatics and BMC Series blog - oh no a scientific journal! But at the lower left hand corner is 'Pixpay'. So I googled for 'Pixbay'. Searching on Picabay's website for DNA, I finally find the source: picabay dna-string-biology-3d-1811955. 6. WuXiNextCODE is providing left handed sequencing for your formalin-fixed and paraffin-embedded (FFPE) samples. Dr. Robert M. Cabrera reports that "Apparently, if you extract DNA from fixed samples for WuXi NextCODE's Sequencing, you find the invasion of Zetas also occurs in fixed samples." For your first visit to the Left Handed Hall of Fame page I suggest that you follow the story over all of the years. After that you can look at each year individually from the table below. Note: just because a year has gone by does not mean we haven't found more examples for that year!

1997 and 1998 were bumper crop years
and 1999 beat them more than 2 fold. 2000 was a record year, thanks to help from friends around the world (60 of the 97 cases, 63%!). 2001 exceeded even that record! 2002 was lower - are we making headway?
