Our Story So Far: The story line, if you have not had time to follow the previous 800 or so entries (!) is my slow realization that earth is being invaded by left handed DNA people ... Please also enjoy a visit to my work web site.


1. Chemistry Communications reported in 2015 TWO new methods to convert your DNA to left handed DNA! Sorry for the late report, better never than late! 2. UCSD scientists have discovered that although the DNA on one's LEFT side is RIGHT handed, the DNA on one's RIGHT side is LEFT handed! First reported on 2021 Mar 12, as of 2021 Mar 12 (Thanks to Science (9 Oct 2020, vol 370 issue 6513 page 144) for publishing the image.)

4. A new book is coming out on 2021 September 21: The Secret of Life: Rosalind Franklin, James Watson, Francis Crick, and the Discovery of DNA's Left Handed Double Helix by Howard Markel. It celebrates how Left Handed DNA was discovered and how it is taking over planet earth. 7. The Foundation for Reverse Polish Science has finally updated their logo to reflect (pun intended) their goal of teaching everyone Reverse Polish Notation (RPN) mathematics! Be sure to get PCalc for your cell phone to look like you have left handed DNA even if you are "right"! Come to think of it I've been doing this for years, no wonder "they" haven't caught me yet! For your first visit to the Left Handed Hall of Fame page I suggest that you follow the story over all of the years. After that you can look at each year individually from the table below. Note: just because a year has gone by does not mean we haven't found more examples for that year!

1997 and 1998 were bumper crop years
and 1999 beat them more than 2 fold. 2000 was a record year, thanks to help from friends around the world (60 of the 97 cases, 63%!). 2001 exceeded even that record! 2002 was lower - are we making headway?
